We deliver within our service area covering Thamesford, Ingersoll, Embro, Dorchester, Thorndale, and Woodstock in Southwestern Ontario. Delivery to addresses outside this service area may be possible at our discretion — contact us to inquire.
Our minimum delivery order is 4 bags per delivery. Orders below the minimum cannot be accommodated.
Placing a delivery request through our website form or by phone does not constitute a confirmed delivery until we contact you to confirm the date and time. We will confirm your booking within 24 hours of receiving your request.
Current pricing is as listed on our website at the time of booking. Prices are in Canadian dollars and include HST where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable notice. The price agreed at booking confirmation will be honoured for that order.
We aim to deliver within 5–7 days of booking confirmation. Same-week delivery may be available depending on scheduling. We will confirm your specific delivery date and provide a time window when we confirm your booking.
We deliver to the address provided at time of booking. Please ensure access to the delivery location is available on the agreed date. If you have specific placement instructions (e.g., near the garage, in the backyard), please include these in your booking notes. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate placement requests but cannot guarantee placement in all situations.
If delivery cannot be completed due to inaccessible location, no answer, or blocked access on the confirmed delivery date, we will contact you to reschedule. A rescheduling fee may apply at our discretion for repeated failed delivery attempts.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed delivery, please contact us as early as possible at 226-927-3596 or thamesfordsaltdelivery@gmail.com. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice of a confirmed delivery may incur a fee to cover delivery costs already incurred.

We do not accept e-transfer or post-dated payments unless a prior arrangement has been made in writing. Invoices for commercial accounts are available by prior arrangement.
All salt products are genuine Windsor brand water softener products. Product descriptions on our website are provided for informational purposes and are sourced from manufacturer information. We do not make warranties about the suitability of specific products for specific water softener models — consult your softener manufacturer's documentation for recommendations.
Bags are delivered sealed and in their original manufacturer packaging. We are not responsible for product performance issues arising from improper use, softener malfunction, or incorrect softener settings.
